This historic home remodel in Boise, Idaho transformed a listed early-1900s residence while preserving its original character and architectural integrity. The renovation included converting three-season porches into finished living space, a redesigned basement, updated bathrooms, and a full kitchen remodel. Original maple flooring and fir doors were carefully restored, while a custom walnut fireplace surround serves as a central focal point within the home.

Behind the scenes, structural framing and utilities were brought up to current code standards, ensuring long-term durability without compromising the historic character of the residence.
